Why become a Party with the Pros sponsor? The people who will be attending are your customers. This is a good way of showing your appreciation to IT Pros for purchasing your products and an easy way of connecting with new customers in a relaxed environment before TechEd begins.
We plan to create an atmosphere at Party with the Pros that will be more relaxed and conducive to conversation and making new contacts than the show floor at TechEd. This will allow you to get your product in the minds and hands of IT pros before Tech Ed begins.
To advertise your sponsorship, we will:
- Send email notification to all Party with the Pro attendees that your company is a sponsor
- Place your logo on the Party with the Pros web site with a link to your company’s web site
- Provide contacts for other IT Professional Associations (user groups)
- Provide referrals to your company from the IT Pros at the party who will be offering advice
- Provide logo placement and link on the CD given to all party attendees
- Provide logo placement at Party with the Pros including on the four 50″ plasma displays.
The CDs will be given out at the party, at TechEd in the IT Pro Community Lounge and during break out sessions at TechEd.
Raffle prizes/give aways are suggested but are optional.
Rather than giving away t-shirts or squishy toys, we would like to encourage you to offer attendees something they will use in the course of their work, such as a software utility.
